What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small businesses with 1–25 employees who don't have a dedicated IT person. If you're relying on "the person who's good with computers" or a slow MSP contract that costs too much and responds too slowly, that's exactly who we built this for. Industry doesn't matter much; the need for reliable IT does.

What does "CCNP-level" actually mean for my small business?

It means your network gets designed and built by someone with enterprise-grade credentials, not a generalist who watched a YouTube tutorial. CCNP is a professional-level networking certification for routing, switching, and network infrastructure. It's the kind of background that usually only large companies can afford. We bring that expertise to businesses of any size.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. Most work is project-based: we agree on a scope and price, do the work, and hand it over. We offer optional ongoing support if you want someone on-call, but you can end that at any time. You're never locked in.

Can you help with both networking and software?

Yes, that's actually what makes this different. Most IT consultants are either infrastructure people or developers. We do both. Network design and enterprise deployments, cloud and server setup, custom apps and automation, AI integration, it's all handled by the same person who understands how it all connects underneath.

Can I just start with a conversation?

That's the recommended starting point. Book a free 30-minute consult and tell us what's going on. We'll give you an honest read on your situation, no obligation, no pitch. If there's a fit, we'll put together a clear scope and price. If not, we'll tell you that too.

How is pricing determined?

Fixed-price quotes based on scope. We don't do open-ended hourly billing for projects, that penalizes efficiency and creates uncertainty for you. You'll know the exact cost before any work starts. Simple network audits start at a few hundred dollars. Full infrastructure builds, cloud migrations, or custom applications are quoted individually based on what's actually needed.
